Global Threats & Global Resilience

Author: Nick Arrizza, M.D.

We now receive daily news of global threats. It is becoming so pervasive that it's almost impossible to avoid learning about the next potential catastrophe. All this news is supposed to help prepare us so that we can feel more resilient if and when the next threat occurs. Does it help or hinder us however?

If you notice the impact that learning about the next threat has on you emotionally and physically I think you will immediately recognize that your stress level goes way up. The consequence of this is that your physiological resilience goes way down.

In other words, your ability to tolerate learning about or living through the next potential catastrophe is significantly reduced. Yet many of you have become so afraid that you have almost become addicted, out of fear, to the need for information about what is going on around you, thinking? that this is useful to you.

Apart from the impact on one's health there is an even larger concern here that many have not considered. It pertains to what I refer to as the status of our collective power to create and/or manage our reality. Let me explain.

In a research case study which I reported on in my article "Some Evidence of How We Are Spiritually Connected" I was able to give evidence of how groups of individuals carry, in what I call their collective thought fields (i.e. shared consciousness), memories of events that they mutually experienced in their past.

The impact on the individuals and the group as a whole of carrying negative or traumatic memories in this collective thought field is that it acts to compromise the emotional & physical health of the individuals involved. Even more important it reduces the collective resilience to future traumatic events.

When this resilience is reduced at the collective level there is a tendency to undermine the strength or power inherent in the group to ward off these negative effects. As a result the group becomes increasingly susceptible to becoming enslaved by external forces that might be threatening to weaken or control it. If you look around you I think you will see that the global village, as we call it, is succumbing more and more to a state of despair as it feels increasingly powerless and helpless to effect any change in the situation on this planet.

Hence what you have is a situation where the global population is becoming ensnared in an insidious net that is weakening it. In other words, we as a species are losing control of our power to create our destiny. One could say that, in the process, we are losing our humanity as well.

How can we find a way out of this negative vortex? Well the "party line" has been that more technology of the kind we have seen is the answer. I would like to suggest another possibility.

As I have shown (see "Some Evidence of How We Are Spiritually Connected") it is possible to release toxic memory fragments from individual and collective thought fields in a simple and effective manner.

The net result for individuals and the group is an immediate re-instatement of their emotional and physical resilience, a reduction in their stress levels, an increase in their energy levels and a reconnection to a deeper sense of their own humanity that lives in feelings of compassion, inner peace, joy, contentment, clarity, and an awareness of our true spiritual connection to each other and to the nature around us.

The impact on the global situation, in my view, can be immense if a "critical mass effect" is achieved (i.e. a large enough number of individuals who desire to help shift the global consciousness in this much needed direction).

If this resonates in any way with you please feel free to contact me for an introductory consultation.
